Wiley Bates Legacy Center

  Location:     1103 Smithville St, Annapolis, MD 21401 

Located in Annapolis, MD the Wiley Bates Legacy Center is dedicated to preserving and presenting the history of Wiley Bates High School, formerly )1932-1966) the only high school for African Americans in  Anne Arundel County. Through an approved state grant, JMJ was chosen as the contractor to restore the exterior facade. 

Process: 

This project required extreme care and caution as we used approved cleaning liquids to clean the bricks, replace the damaged bricks and lightly power wash the areas afterwards. This job also consisted of replacing a concrete ramp and drywall replacement and paint in the interior.
