The safety of our employees and the traveling public near and around our worksites is obviously of utmost importance. Every job has a Safety Plan from which we do not deviate. The components of each Safety Plan include detailed staff training, comprehensive walk-throughs with building owners/management, best-in-class protection and signage for affected common areas, and continued compliance with all federal, state, and local safety rules and regulations.
Our door is always open to our clients. Whether it’s a question about an estimate, the Safety Plan, proposed schedule, installation, or equipment, we share information openly and completely. JMJ is known for its transparency, and we are proud that our constant communication before, during, and after projects has helped reduce project-tracking costs for many of our clients. Our theory is when you are honest, you have nothing to hide.
Trust and integrity are everything in this business. We strive to build trust in both our clients and our community through relationships based on honesty, authenticity, and frankness. Without trust there can be no successful business relationship, and we are so proud of our dozens of repeat clients who return to JMJ because, "they do what they say they are going to do, and they do it on time."
Everybody, including businesses, makes mistakes from to time. We believe in a high ethical standard of integrity at JMJ, and when we make mistakes, we own up to them immediately and seek to redress the mistake as soon as possible. Along with trust, integrity is a core value with which we conduct all of our business, and we will always refuse to compromise the integrity of our team: clients, employees, and the company.
Respect is the basic rule of behavior that guides every JMJ employee in all of his/her actions: respect for oneself, and respect for other employees, clients, third parties, trade unions, society at large, laws and regulations, the environment, and fairness and ethical behavior in the broadest sense.
Teamwork is essential to completing large, high-quality projects safely and on time. Our culture of teamwork allows us to work well together within JMJ, but also with our clients to deliver better results and collectively accomplish our goals.
