Location: 950 24th St NW, Washington, DC 20037
Located in the heart of Foggy Bottom, this 12 story Highrise was renovated and leased to George Washington University as student dorms. The builder CBG Building Company and their architect Soto Architecture and Urban Design PLLC had a goal to brighten the existing dim building and entrusted JMJ General restoration LLC to restore the exterior.
JMJ was tasked with the entire façade including rails and window wells, using the appropriate cleaning chemicals to avoid damages. Preparing the building by caulking all windows to prevent leaks. Testing and using the appropriate exterior coating that would ensure the exterior of the building remains as bright and free of weather-related damages for years to come.
