The Oxford

  Location:   6009 Oxon Hill Rd, Oxon Hill, MD 20745 

 Located in Oxon Hill, MD, The Oxford is a 10-minute drive to the National Harbor. This 10-story office  building was renovated into market-rate apartments. Working with CBG Building Company and their  architect Soto Architecture and Urban Design PLLC, we transformed this building to give it a brand-new  look at a reasonable cost.  

Process:  

This project required a similar scope to The Varsity at K. We began by power washing the entire exterior  façade and windows removed and resealed the entire building. We then primed and painted the entire  building including the window mullions, garage doors, garage stairwells, and guardrails. Finally, we gave  the windows a final cleaning to help restore their shine.
