The building required targeted exterior improvements to address aging materials, improve safety, and extend the service life of key structural and waterproofing components. 

Description: 

 This project highlights our expertise in exterior rehabilitation and specialty roofing systems. Scope of work included removal and replacement of existing decking with new TREX composite decking, installation of new vinyl handrail systems, and construction of a new TPO roofing system to improve waterproofing performance and long-term durability. Work also involved careful coordination with the HOA, residents, and surrounding properties to manage logistics, access, and crane operations while minimizing disruption. Through detailed planning and quality installation, the project delivered a refreshed, low-maintenance outdoor space with enhanced safety, performance, and visual appeal designed to serve the building for years to come.
