Set among downtown shops and restaurants, this upscale hotel is 6 minutes' walk from Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 2 miles from Capitol Hill, and a mile from Washington Union train

Station. CBG Building company asked JMJ to coat the exterior side walls. 

Process: 

JMJ protected all surrounding surfaces from paint sprays. We then applied to coats of West Coast EC-95 Sealer on the precap panels using a bosun chair.
